ok, just so you know, this week is shit.

although, i did see the beta band last night. that was a good three hour bubble of fun. other than that though, it's shit. and even in spite of the remaining few days that are left, and the possibility that maybe those days won't be shit, i will say that this week is shit.

it's just been like a rollercoaster, you know? and i hate to use that term, because it's oh-so-very cliched, but, it has been. it has been like a rollercoaster.

this week there have been many good things, all of which were quickly spoiled by as many (if not more) bad things. except the beta band. because the beta band are just that good. they are good enough to retain their goodness in the face of the surrounding badness. but, other than that, everything has been spoiled.

every event that i thought would make me feel better about the shit that had happened previous to it was quickly ruined by new and more exciting shit that took place after it.

and i don't really want to get into anything specific. i don't want to sit here and say this sucked and that spoiled this, because really, what's the point? but, to generalize, i will say that most of the bad things that have happened really wouldn't have seemed all that bad if they had been lone instances of shit.

but together, they are. and i guess, to continue with the cliches, i will say that things have snowballed. yes, they have snowballed. really. it has been a bad week.

it's nothing major though, so don't worry. i just feel like whining, is all.
