sometime during the night, sitting in her car, me in the passengers seat and her stratled on top of me, i was talking a little about getting my own apartment in the city.

and i asked her if she would come to visit me when i did. and she said yeah. she said yeah, yeah she would.

and she said that she would be there even when i wasn't. that she'd just be there, laying in bed, waiting for me to come home.

and laughing i said, 'well, if you're gonna be there, the least you could do is clean the place up a little.'

and she smiled and popped me on the shoulder and kissed me.

sigh.
